If you receive a Get Evoke product that is defective or in a condition that renders it unusable, you may return the product. We request that you take a high definition photo of the product and send it to and wait for a response before you return the product.

We only accept returns on purchases made directly through and not on purchases made in retail stores.

Our return policy is 14 Days and will not offer a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Refunds are not available on any of the products on the website unless covered by the returns section above.
